The Black Knight

Developed based on vacuum brazing technology. It brings a revolution in diamond distributing and bonding, our Rescue blades are extremely fast cutting and significantly improving cutting efficiency and cooling. Extremely high exposure of diamond, out technology, allows the diamond particle to protrude up to 3/4 out of the bond, much higher than of sintering and electroplating, leaving better clearance on tools surface, significantly improving cutting efficiency and cooling.

This All Cut Blade is applicable in:

Reinforced Concrete, PVC Pipe, Steel, Cast Iron, Wood, and Ductile Iron Pipe.

The Root Ripper

The Root Cutter/Rescue blade is an extremely aggressive blade. The specially designed tungsten carbide tips allow the blade to quickly slice through most types of metal, wood or fiberglass. The Rescue Blade/Rood Cutter is an ideal choice for police and fire department rescue operations. Used by utility crews to eliminate roots. This extremely aggressive blade will cut most materials the trained are likely to encounter; wood, sheet metal, plastic or asphalt. The tungsten carbide chunks will tear through material quicker than almost any alternative. Not for use on concrete.

This All Cut Blade is applicable in:

Cinder block, Corrugated roofing, Wood decking, Light gauge metal decking, Drywall, Insulation material, Plastic, Railroad ties, Tires, Shingle roofs, Tar and gravel roofs, Tree roots and timber, Aluminum.

Top tips & tricks

First Time Cutters Reminder

First time cutters should always review safety measures & seek help for proper handling of equipment.

  • The spin of the blade should always be in the same directions as the arrow engraved in it.
  • Diamond Blades are not the same as abrasive cutters, so cutting should be made with confidence.
  • In case of cutting speed decreasing (RPM), raise it slightly from the contact point for it to recover its recommended speed.
  • Diamond blades should always cut perpendicularly.

Wet & Dry Application

First time cutters should always review safety measures & seek help for proper handling of equipment.

  • Wet cutting blades where the most common and still used method of cutting, but now with new technology almost all blades, specially the Fire Rescue Series, cut wet and dry.
  • In case the need to identify: Wet blades are cooled through the usage of water tubes, so they may be cooled. Dry blades are cooled through air flow through cooling holes and specific diamond technology.

Diamond Blade Specifics

First time cutters should always review safety measures & seek help for proper handling of equipment.

  • Diamond blades are generally mounted on a shaft and compressed between collars.
  • Diamond blades actually do not “cut” they grind materials down.
  • Diamond blades are good but far from perfect, the diamond segments are effective and trade out with the material that is being grinded, while the blade grinds out the material the materials is slowly eating the segments away.
