I’m a small landscape construction company in Southern New Hampshire and didn’t know why they’d be contacting me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had a great conversation with the sales person. They offered me a diamond blade that was setup for the saw we us as a demo to see how I would like the product and to see if I’d continue business relations with them as my blade supplier. Once I tried the blade it was clear to me I’d been using the wrong blades. The blade cut right through the patio pavers . It did not bog down the saw like the previous blade I was using. The blades design allows the blade to cut through product without heating up and warping. I’ve used the hurricane blade on granite slabs and top block suppliers and it hasn’t let me down yet. I would highly recommend the hurricane blade and Latux diamond blades to all my colleagues in the industry.Besides the blades being great the customer service is what really won me over. If I contacted them with a question about what product would work best with the situation I was in with a project they were quick to get back to me with answers to all my questions. Latux will contact me over the phone just to touch base with me and see if I need anything. They don’t call and treat you like a dollar bill coming in they treat you like a true person with respect and do not play the pushy ignorant sales person that everyone experiences in life. I will rate them at a 5 Star ! They are quality and a confident choice for me to carry their products in my company.

Our sales representative Steve is always there when we need him; on his days off, late night and even early morning. Whatever we need he has always been there. Don’t trust me on the products, find out for yourself, but remember I told you so. Their epoxy go down smooth and provides an unbelievable finish.
